I downloaded the preview and the content seemed good. So I purchased the Kindle book (for the Kindle app on my iPad; don't know if that has any bearing on this) and lo and behold, there is no table of contents, and no index. I noted that in the preview, but assumed the full version would have these.So unless I am missing something, the only way to use this book on an e-reader is to page through the pages one by one until you find what you want! It makes no sense and renders the electronic version useless. I returned it within 5 minutes.

GREAT BOOK FOR EXPLORING THE ISLAND. WE HAVE A TIMESHARE THERE AND AFTER 8 YEARS STILL EXPLORING. THIS WAS A HELP.
